Day 01: Bhopal Arrival – Transfer to Ujjain (Overnight in Ujjain)
Upon arrival at Bhopal Airport/Railway Station, you will be received by our representative and transferred to Ujjain (approx. 190 km / 4–5 hours). Ujjain, one of the seven sacred cities of Hinduism, is renowned for the Mahakaleshwar Jyotirlinga and spiritual ambiance. On arrival, check in to your hotel and relax. In the evening, visit Ram Ghat along the holy Shipra River for a peaceful walk or attend the evening aarti at Mahakaleshwar Temple. Note: The early morning Bhasma Aarti at Mahakaleshwar is optional and requires advance booking and an additional charge. Overnight stay in Ujjain.
After breakfast, proceed for a full day of local sightseeing in Ujjain. Visit the revered Mahakaleshwar Jyotirlinga, Harsiddhi Temple, Kal Bhairav Temple, Sandipani Ashram, Chintaman Ganesh Temple, and other important spiritual sites. Ram Ghat, known for its serene riverbank and religious rituals, offers a picturesque experience. Post sightseeing, drive to Indore (approx. 60 km / 1.5 hours). Upon arrival, check in to your hotel and relax. In the evening, you may explore local markets or try the famous Indori street food at Chappan Dukan. Overnight stay in Indore.
After an early breakfast, embark on a full-day excursion to Omkareshwar (approx. 80 km one way), one of the 12 Jyotirlinga shrines, located on an island in the Narmada River shaped like the holy ‘Om’. Visit Omkareshwar Temple and Mamleshwar Temple, then enjoy a peaceful walk along the ghats or an optional boat ride. Experience the divine ambiance and spiritual energy of this holy site. After darshan and sightseeing, return to Indore by evening. Rest at the hotel or explore the city’s culinary delights. Overnight stay in Indore.

After breakfast, drive to Maheshwar (approx. 95 km), a riverside town known for

Ahilya Fort, beautiful ghats, and the traditional Maheshwari sarees. Visit

Rajrajeshwar Temple and enjoy the scenic beauty along the Narmada River. Post

Maheshwar, proceed to Mandav (Mandu), located around 65 km away. Mandav is

a historical city known for its Afghan architecture and romantic folklore. Explore

key attractions like Jahaz Mahal, Hindola Mahal, Baz Bahadur’s Palace, and

Roopmati Pavilion. In the evening, return to Indore (approx. 100 km). Overnight

stay at your hotel in Indore.

After breakfast, check out and proceed for a half-day local sightseeing tour of Indore. Visit Rajwada Palace, the historical heart of the city, followed by Lal Bagh Palace—an architectural marvel showcasing the grandeur of the Holkar dynasty. Continue to Kanch Mandir, a unique Jain temple made entirely of glass. Depending on your departure time, you can explore Sarafa Bazaar or Chappan Dukan for last-minute shopping and food tasting. Later, transfer to Indore Airport or Railway Station for your onward journey, marking the end of a culturally rich and spiritually fulfilling Madhya Pradesh tour.
