Day 01: Bhopal Arrival & Local Sightseeing (Overnight in Bhopal)
On arrival at Bhopal Airport or Railway Station, meet our representative and transfer to your hotel. After check-in and freshening up, begin local sightseeing of Bhopal, a city known for its lakes, heritage, and cultural richness. Visit the beautiful Upper Lake and Lower Lake, followed by Birla Mandir and the historic Taj-ulMasajid — one of the largest mosques in Asia. Explore Bharat Bhavan, an arts complex, and the State Museum if time permits. Conclude the day with a relaxing evening near the lakefront. Overnight stay in Bhopal.
Day 02: Bhopal – Sanchi Excursion (Overnight in Bhopal)
After breakfast, proceed for a full-day excursion to Sanchi (approx. 46 km), home to one of the oldest and most significant Buddhist monuments in India. Visit the UNESCO World Heritage Site – Sanchi Stupa, dating back to the 3rd century BCE, along with the Ashoka Pillar, Buddhist monasteries, and the Archaeological Museum. Learn about the rich history of Buddhism and Emperor Ashoka’s contributions to spreading the faith. Return to Bhopal by evening. On the way back, you may stop at the Udaigiri Caves if time permits. Overnight stay in Bhopal.
Day 03: Bhopal – Pachmarhi via Bhojpur (Overnight in Pachmarhi)
Post breakfast, check out and begin your drive to Pachmarhi (approx. 200 km / 5–6 hrs). En route, stop at Bhojpur to visit the famous Bhojeshwar Temple, dedicated to Lord Shiva and known for its massive Shivling. Continue your journey through scenic landscapes and forested routes. On arrival in Pachmarhi – the only hill station in Madhya Pradesh, nestled in the Satpura ranges – check in to your hotel. Spend the evening at leisure, exploring the charming colonial-era town or simply relaxing amidst the hills. Overnight stay in Pachmarhi.
Day 04: Pachmarhi Local Sightseeing (Overnight in Pachmarhi)
After breakfast, proceed for a full day of sightseeing in Pachmarhi. Explore major attractions including Jata Shankar Cave, Gupt Mahadev, Handi Khoh, and Priyadarshini Point (Forsyth Point), offering breathtaking views of the Satpura range. Visit Bee Fall — one of the most popular waterfalls in the region — and the Mahadeo Temple. The hill station is rich in natural beauty, mythological significance, and colonial heritage. Optionally, visit Christ Church or shop for local handicrafts. Return to the hotel in the evening. Overnight stay in Pachmarhi.
Day 05: Jeep Safari – Transfer to Bhopal Airport
Start early today with a thrilling jeep safari in Satpura National Park or the designated forest zone in Pachmarhi (subject to availability and park regulations). Spot a variety of wildlife such as Indian bison, sambar, leopards, and numerous bird species in their natural habitat. After the safari and breakfast, check out and begin your return journey to Bhopal (approx. 200 km / 5–6 hrs). On arrival, you will be dropped off at Bhopal Airport or Railway Station for your onward journey, concluding a memorable tour through the cultural and natural gems of Madhya Pradesh.
